For client projects: Ownership and licensing of AI models, trained weights, datasets, pipelines, and deliverables will be clearly defined in the respective project agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising out of your use of the website or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
